Great to be on the winning side...

(Continued from here) If you have placed your trust in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, you may get "sacked" or "lose yardage" during particular situations in our lives, but you can be confident that the victory is yours, through Christ. Sin's power has been broken, death has been defeated, God's plan to mold you into the image of Christ has not changed. Keep listening to the Coach (Jesus), don't lose confidence in your playbook (the Bible), and stay involved as part of the team. You are on the winning team! Bring on the veggie platters and hot wings!

Love In Christ,
Sig

""No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him Who loved us." Romans 8:37

Snow Camp report...

Last weekend 19 CBC teens and friends joined hundreds of other young people at Word of Life Snow Camp and by all reports had a fantastic time. Special thanks to Bob and Maureen Castner, Maurice Cucuta, Kay Najito, and Erik and Ariane Rudolf for planning, transporting, and chaperoning so the teens could be inspired and challenged in their faith.

If you would like to be on the prayer chain (receive and pass on emergency prayer requests) please sign the list in the back of the auditorium or contact Ariane Rudolf (962-9742). Even if you were on past lists, you must sign up to be on the new list for 2012.
